The letter is my personal recommendation for Mr. Maksim Yarchak . He Has been working as full-time web–engineer in the International Information agency Interfax-West from 2003 to 2005.

In the beginning, Maksim took responsibilities in conceptual developing of new internet project “The first Info- portal in Belarus- Interfax.by”. He was also responsible for creating a project plan, developing site structure, conducting QA tests and technical support for this project.

As internet-portal developed more, Maksim assumed the lead in training and assigning new team of developers.

Through whole time he showed himself as punctual employee, great leader and communicator. He also exhibited an outstanding knowledge of web technologies in so many different situations.
